Christopher Shepler, President
Chris is the Head of Capital Formation and Investor Relations at Hobe Mountain Capital, a private equity secondaries firm. Most recently he served as investment advisor and outsourced chief investment officer to endowments, foundations and private clients at Fiduciary Trust Company. He previously worked in the Endowment & Foundation and Pension practices at Cambridge Associates, with a heavy focus on private investment mandates. Chris’ prior experience includes co-founding and raising capital for Porticus Technology, and making direct private equity and venture capital investments while at Bainco International Investors. He holds an MBA from the Edinburgh Business School at Heriot Watt University and a BA in Political Science from Yale University. He is a CFA Charterholder.
Dennis C. Rieske, AIA, Vice President
Dennis C. Rieske, AIA, has been providing architectural services for-profit developers and non-profit organizations since 1978. He has been a longstanding member of the Board since 1996 and is the newly elected Vice-President. Dennis was the non-profit developer and architect for Stone’s skilled nursing facility from 1990 through completion of construction in 1995. Dennis is the president of Developmental Resources, Inc. and served as the architect on Newton’s Historical Commission and Upper Falls Historic District Commission for 10 years. He graduated with a BS of Architecture from the University of Cincinnati in 1970 and passed the architectural exam to become a MA Registered Architect in 1972.
Jaime Quintana, CPA, CFE, Treasurer
Jaime joined the Stone Board in 2024 and is currently part of the finance and strategic sub-committees. He is Principal at CliftonLarsonAllen (CLA) providing assurance, tax, outsourcing, consulting, & other advisory services to for-profit and non-profit clients in the healthcare industry such as skilled nursing facilities, home health, home care, and hospice, assisted living, independent living, and Life Plan Communities (Continuing Care Retirement Communities). He is a Certified Fraud Examiner licensed from the ACFE and a CPA in both the states of New York and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. He graduated with a MS and BS in accounting from the State University of New York at Old Westbury. Jaime was born in El Salvador and is involved and affiliated with the Association of Latino Professionals for America (ALPFA) to help inspire and provide opportunities to other Hispanics and Latinos in the New England communities.
Joyce LoChiatto, RN, MS, CPNP
Joyce became a member of the Stone Board in June 2017. Joyce has been employed at Boston Children’s Hospital since 1987 as a staff nurse on a surgical unit for several years and also served at Longwood Pediatrics as a Nurse Practitioner while working in Staff Development (SD) after completing her clinical practicum as an NP student. Currently she has been working as a Professional Development Specialist in Clinical Education and Informatics (formerly SD) for over 20 years and provides education to clinicians and to newly hired nursing staff and assistive personnel throughout the hospital. Joyce serves and leads on several committees and special projects throughout the hospital, collaborating with other clinicians and staff.
Wilfred Mamuya, M.D, Ph.D.
Wilfred Mamuya joined the Stone Board in June of 2021. He received his undergraduate and graduate degrees from Boston University, and after completing his clinical training in internal medicine and cardiology at the Brigham and Women’s Hospital, completed a postdoctoral research fellowship in biochemistry at MIT. He was a practicing clinical cardiologist until 2013 and held appointments at both the Brigham and Women’s Hospital and Mass General Hospital. Fred is a long-time resident of Newton. He currently works on developing and updating Medicare policy, and continues to hone his clinical skills while precepting the cardiology fellowship clinic at Mass General Hospital.
Nicholas Lipresti
Nicholas Lipresti joined the Stone Board in 2024 and currently serves as Stone’s Clerk. He is the managing partner of Lipresti Law, a law firm near Boston serving businesses of all sizes. Nick concentrates his practice on corporate, business, commercial lending, and securities law. His legal services include structuring, negotiating, and closing joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, and capital raises. Nick holds a B.A. from the College of William & Mary, a J.D. from the Columbus School of Law, Catholic University, and an L.L.M. in Taxation from Georgetown University Law. Originally from the Washington, D.C. area, Nick settled in Upton with his wife, 2 kids and 2 rescue dogs. When not working, he can be found at his kids event’s, working in the yard at home or walking the dogs in the woods.
Darci L Dubreuill, JD
Darci joined the Stone board in 2025. She works in publishing and specializes in research integrity and ethics. Darci also has extensive experience in legal, regulatory and compliance matters related to federal healthcare programs. Darci is a former corporate litigator for law firms in California, where she handled complex litigation cases involving healthcare, labor and employment, insurance, and general business matters.
Darci received her Juris Doctor from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, with a concentration in civil litigation. She has a Bachelor of Arts in political science and history from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. She is certified in Healthcare Privacy Compliance by the Health Care Compliance Association. Darci is a long-time resident of Newton Upper Falls.
